  10. In the first one --- "he" is the one who need renovating! :) I can relate to the 3rd one, as I have spent the past two weeks, weeding, digging up vines and trash trees, and trying to get the yard in shape for the summer! I have a reprieve today since it is raining! :) Thank you for sharing.
