(this Haiku form/ in respect to RS)
You took me away
from all that was dear to me
How can I forgive?
How can I forgive?
These actions were so painful
I cried a long time
I cried a long time
waiting for you to hear me
To come to my aid
To come to my aid
you forgave my ignorance
You took me away
"ellecee"
melancholic...beautifully written..
ReplyDeletestrong emotions, these lines carry..

ReplyDeleteVery nice! I like the cycling ring to it: first the character has to forgive, then the third person, and the character ends up having been forgiven :-) Clever. Things in life never are a simple give-and-take, anyway. So, I think you've done a great job in just three haiku
ReplyDeleteBest, M.
Love is forgiving, that's the beauty. Ignorance is a damper that disrupts. Great verse!
