The April Heights - Day 7 - #119

(this Haiku form/ in respect to RS)

You took me away
from all that was dear to me
How can I forgive?

How can I forgive?
These actions were so painful
I cried a long time

I cried a long time
waiting for you to hear me
To come to my aid

To come to my aid
you forgave my ignorance
You took me away

  9. Very nice! I like the cycling ring to it: first the character has to forgive, then the third person, and the character ends up having been forgiven :-) Clever. Things in life never are a simple give-and-take, anyway. So, I think you've done a great job in just three haiku
    Best, M.

  10. Love is forgiving, that's the beauty. Ignorance is a damper that disrupts. Great verse!

  14. I like how your haiku came full circle, telling a story along the way.
